PARKING
Parking can be challenging within a tourist destination such as Manitou Springs. Summit Ministries has a few on-site parking options available on a first come, first serve basis. Summit will also be operating shuttles between the Summit Hotel and 10 Old Man's Trail Parking lot (cost being $1.75/hour) within Manitou Springs. These shuttles will operate from 4:0-6:00pm and from 8-9:30pm or on an on-call basis. Call the Summit Front Desk (719) 685-2866.
SEATING INFORMATION
Graduation will take place in the hotel classroom. Seating will be limited and on a first-come-first-serve basis. There will be additional seating provided in the hotel lobby and patio areas. Although the classroom can not be seen from the areas, they will be equipped with tv's and a live stream video of graduation.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR ENTRY
Printed or digital version of ticket is required to be presented upon entry.
DRESS CODE/SUGGESTED ATTIRE
Business Casual (students will be wearing dresses, shirts/ties).
PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY
Flash photography and videography are both permitted before, during, and after the event.
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT
Credit cards are the preferred method of payment. However for those who need to purchase tickets at the door, cash can be accepted for dinner tickets.
AT-THE-DOOR REGISTRATION
At the door registration will be provided for any friends and family of students that did not register prior to the event.
SAFETY & SECUIRTY INFORMATION
Weapons of any kind are not permitted at the event. To ensure the safety of students and guests, local law enforcement will be present for the duration of the event.
EVENT CANCELLATION/RAINOUT POLICY
In the extremely rare case that the event is cancelled, all tickets will be fully refunded. The event will take place rain or shine.
LOST TICKET?
If you have lost your ticket, you can go to the page where you registered for the event and click on the "Update/Review an Existing Order" button to re-download your ticket. If you lost the confirmation email and all your ticket details, please contact the event organizer.
